Supercritical Redshift 6
A couple of videos showing Supercritical’s Redshift 6 synth at Superbooth 2024, the display UI is still a work in progress, but you get a good feeling of what the synth can do and how it’s made from these videos.

It’s been out for a bit now, but in case you missed it here comes another video. I quite like how the desktop version turned out!
New Sequencer from Rabid Elephant
Unlike what the video says, the concept of this new sequencer is quite simple. On the keyboard there’s two sets of numbered buttons (1-4 and 1-5, top and bottom row), these store voltages like on a CV memory module. You set the voltages using the concentric knobs (one voltage for the top knob, one for the bottom one and each row of knobs relates to a row of buttons). When you press the button the module outputs those voltages from the relative jacks. Once you have your voltages, you can then sequence and combine those. Of course it has a few more tricks under its sleeve, which make it really cool and unique, but that’s the basic concept of it. Let’s see if a more in depth video appears online in the coming days.
Wiggler
I’ve been doing quite a bit of UI and graphic design consulting for this one, although not a lot of it is currently visible on the prototypes (the panel still uses placeholder graphics). It’s starting to really come together though! Still love the concept of it very much!
